Sotto is private voice for the Mac. Hold a key and talk, and the words land in whatever app is in front. It lives in the menu bar, with a companion app for iPhone.
What is notable
- Speech is transcribed on the Mac itself, and the audio never leaves it.
- A small Focus bar shows when it is listening.
- A wake word can hand a request to an assistant, and voice actions that need approval are in review now.
